Main/Service Laying

When it comes to laying mains and service connections, Infrastructure Gateway Limited doesn't do half measures. Selection of the appropriate pipe and fittings is completed meticulously to specifically suit your needs. Our schedule of laying is methodically planned and then conducted in a professional and efficient manner, whilst maintaining excellent customer service by providing second-to-none feedback that you cannot expect from a regional utility provider.
To call off mains; we require a simple written notification only 3 weeks before we begin our works2 rather than the long and tedious 12 weeks some of our competitors need.
2 Call off mains can be made via the 'Mains Call of Form' in the 'Our Forms' section of the website, or simply print and fax/email back to us at mains@igl.co.uk, forms can also be found in the site Health and Safety folder or Water Connections folder.
To call off service connections; we require a 10 working day call off3, however this can vary due to the amount of work we have booked in. We currently have a good working relationship with the water companies allowing us to offer a far superior service to our competitors.
